We want you to be clear on your rights when buying from Foundry Watch Company.

Changing your mind

If you buy from us online as a UK consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, but the watch must be unopened and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email foundrywatchco@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.

You may inspect the watch in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.

Return condition

Please return the watch securely packaged with the original presentation box and any accessories supplied with it where reasonably possible. Your statutory cancellation rights are not lost merely because original packaging has been opened.

Return postage

Unless the watch is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage and delivery.

Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the standard delivery cost.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, where applicable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your legal rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from the cancellation rights above and are not affected by this policy. UK consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, as well as further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or develops a fault, contact foundrywatchco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Exceptions

Some goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law, for example genuinely personalised or made-to-order items. Any such exception will be made clear before purchase.
