These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Foundry Watch Company online store and to your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We may acknowledge receipt of your order electronically, but a binding contract is formed only when we accept your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Product information
We aim to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, display settings and normal manufacturing tolerances. Any material specification or performance claim shown on a product page forms part of the product information for that purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be shown before you place your order. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. UK Standard delivery is currently free, UK Express is available as a paid upgrade, and international rates vary by destination. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds page. UK consumers purchasing online generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Warranty
Where a Foundry product is sold with a stated commercial warranty, that warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory rights. Warranty duration and coverage are subject to the terms supplied with the product or displayed on the relevant product page.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission, or use the site for fraudulent activity.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Foundry Watch Co. name, branding, product imagery, designs, copy and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Foundry Watch Co. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where permitted by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a consumer that do not arise from a consumer purchase.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and other service providers. Their own terms may apply to services they provide directly to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force when your order is accepted, unless a change is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction where you live, and nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
