Delivery and order enquiries
UK standard delivery is free, with paid express and international options available. See Shipping & Delivery for the available options. Final delivery availability and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Warranty and watch issues
Foreman 45 watches come with a 2-year Foundry warranty intended to cover manufacturing defects that become apparent during normal use. Read the warranty page for details.
If your watch develops an issue, contact us with your order details and a description before sending it anywhere. We can advise on the next steps for assessment. For battery, repair or servicing enquiries, contact us to discuss the appropriate next step.
Strap and fit enquiries
For questions about your silicone strap, clasp, fit or replacement options, email us with your watch model and photographs where relevant. We can advise on available options for your watch.

Everyday care
Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning products and solvents. If you are unsure about cleaning, water exposure or an adjustment, contact us for guidance specific to your watch.
Starting a return
Email us with your order number and read our Returns & Refunds policy for the process, conditions and information about faulty or damaged goods.
